Earlier this month, Thompson upset Khloé Kardashian fans the world over when footage was released of the Cleveland Cavaliers player getting close with women who basically weren’t Khloé, which led to allegations of cheating.
The scandal came days ahead of the delivery of Thompson and Kardashian’s baby daughter True, sparking outrage online (and amongst Khloé’s famous family).
Thompson, 27, kept a low profile in the weeks following the allegations, muting his social presence on both Twitter and Instagram. On Sunday, however, Tristan broke his streak, posting on Instagram about (what else?!) the game. “WHAT AN ATMOSPHERE IN THE Q!! GREAT WIN #OnToTheNextOne,” he wrote alongside a photo of himself “IN THE Q” (Cleveland’s Quicken Loans Arena).
Naturally, Kardashian fans took Tristan’s victory on the court as an opportunity to deliver some sick burns. Interestingly, he was also just benched at a playoff game, despite his enthusiasm in that ‘gram.
Kardashian broke her post-scandal silence two weeks ago with a sweet ‘gram announcing her daughter’s name.
Tristan has yet to publicly address the birth of his second child.
