LAUTECH Best Graduating Student Hails NELFUND For Student Loans
Oladepo Caleb Olugbenga, the best graduating student of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) with a 4.89 CGPA, has publicly thanked NELFUND for his student loan. Graduating in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Caleb cited the loan as instrumental in overcoming financial challenges.
Oladepo Caleb was named the overall best graduating student at LAUTECH’s 18th convocation ceremony in April 2026.
Caleb described the NELFUND loan as instrumental, stating it allowed him to focus on academics and achieve a First Class degree.
He noted that despite facing severe financial difficulties and coming from a humble background, the loan enabled him to pay fees and focus on his studies.
He was also full of praise about the federal government’s initiative which provides this support to students.
