Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy sets to start film making
Popular music producer, Don Jazzy, has stated that he would not consider dropping an album for the time being because he was too shy to do stage performances.
He also revealed his plans to venture into the film making business in the near future. The revered producer made the disclosure in a chat with journalists at the launch of his new initiative to provide free WiFi to entertainment content-seeking users.
He said, “I am not releasing an album anytime soon because I have other artistes whom I need to promote but filmmaking is definitely in the works. I don’t regard myself as an artiste because I am shy and reserved. “I don’t like talking in public, I can sing in the studio but performing it on stage is the problem, I don’t want to be regarded as a fake artiste but I will go into movie making in the near future.”
Don Jazzy’s label, Mavin Records boasts artistes like Tiwa Savage, Iyanya, Korede Bello, Reekado Banks and more.
