LAUTECH students post obituary of VC who is still alive
Students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, (LAUTECH) have posted the obituary of their Vice Chancellor, Prof. Suliamon Gbadegeshin who is still alive to express their grievances over the lingering closure of the institution.
It is no longer news that academic activities in the school have been on hold for many months now due to the rancor between the staff of the school and the Osun and Oyo state governments that are co-owners of the school.
The closure lingers as lecturers are demanding the payment of the arrears of their salary reported to be about N7.1 billion.
The obituary is seen posted on walls around the school vicinity.
