Governor Ambode His Wife and Deputy Governor Lagos State as AFRIMA 0.3 Chief Host
In addition to international dignataries and movers and shakers in Africa’s corporate and creative industry, the Lagos state governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode will be graced the 2016 All Africa Music Awards yesterday, Sunday, November 6, 2016, by the African Union Commission with his wife Her Excellency, Mrs. Bolanle Ambode and the Deputy Governor of Lagos state Dr. (Mrs.) Oluranti Adebule as the Chief Host. The event was held at Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
Thousands of guests including nominees and delegates across Africa and the world have arrived in Lagos, Nigeria.
The All Africa Music Awards is tailored to recognise and reward those who have given African music the most creative competitive edge in the global market within the year under review. Over 214 nominees are campaigning for votes from the public for the various categories of awards. It will be broadcast live to over 80 countries around the world.
