Femi Abiodun Inspires Future Leaders With His Latest Book

Every year, thousands of student graduates from institutions, filled with hope and dreams of building successful careers and living lofty lives. But here’s the truth, many aren’t truly prepared for life after school.

The reality of the marketplace isn’t covered in most classrooms. Universities educate us, but they don’t always prepare us for the real test of life. So, while many students pass their exams, they often fail at navigating the world beyond the campus gate.

To prepare these graduates for life after college, UK-based Nigerian life coach and author, Femi Abiodun in his latest book “From Classroom to Boardroom” highlights how young graduates can navigate the real world especially in business.

According to the author, “life after school is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. It’s filled with challenges that can seem overwhelming, especially if you’re stepping out without guidance. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When you walk with wisdom especially from those who’ve gone ahead, the journey becomes clearer, lighter, and more intentional.

That’s why I wrote this book to share timeless, practical principles many of which were never taught in school that will help you stand out, thrive, and succeed in life”, he said.

Speaking further on the book, Abiodun stressed, “Life will test you. But if you build the right capacity, stay grounded in these principles, and keep your head up, you’ll rise above challenges and make real progress. Because here’s the truth: What you don’t prepare for, you’ll have to repair later. But when you learn ahead, you lead ahead”.

Continuing, he pointed out, “Life is governed by principles and the earlier you learn them, the further you’ll go. I wish I had known some of these truths earlier in my journey. But now, I offer them to you as a gift: a chance to avoid unseen traps, find your path early, and become who you were meant to be”.

The book is a chronicle of the author’s personal journey, lessons from failure, insights he gained as a professional and practical lessons from his mentors. He hopes that it saves today’s young people from unnecessary mistakes, inspires them to take bold steps, and equips them for a life of meaning and impact.

The author of “From Classroom to Boardroom”, says if the young people embrace the principles he highlighted, they will be equipped with the intellectual leap they need now, and in the future.
