FCT minister visits Korea’s Abuja school project site
In line with the Federal Capital Territory’s (FCT) commitment to the bilateral project between the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Korea, the FCT minister, Muhammad Bello, visited the Abuja Model School site.
Bello’s visit is to checkmate the progress of the ongoing construction work, which is currently nearing 80 per cent completion.
The construction, which is the brainchild of the Republic of Korea, through the Korea International Cooperation Agency KOICA (KOICA) is part of the five years project plan of the ‘Project for the Establishment of the Model Schools for Primary and Junior Secondary Education in Abuja.”
The Minister of FCT was accompanied by the Ambassador of Rep of Korea, H.E. Noh Kyu-duk, Country Director of KOICA Nigeria, Park Sook Hyun, Permanent Secretary, Dr Babatope Ajakaiye, Deputy Executive Secretary (technical), Dr Yakubu Gambo, among others.
