Beauty Queen charges Youths to go into Politics

The founder, Naomi Peace Education Foundation, Queen Naomi Nwaokuru has called on Nigerian youths to wake up from slumber and participate full-time in elective positions in the country.

The beauty queen made this remark in her congratulatory message to the President during a press conference held in Abuja, for signing “Not too young to run” bill, saying, “Nigerian youths should utilize the opportunity created by Mr President, Muhammad Buhari and make themselves politically relevant.

“I want to use this opportunity to express my delight and appreciation towards Mr. President for writing his name in gold and making young people in Nigeria proud over the signing of the Not Too Young to Run Bill into Law,” Queen Naomi stated.

She however emphasized that celebrities, beauty queens and entertainers must by all means ensure that they benefit from “Not Too Young To Run” act.

Queen Naomi who is the first winner “Miss Nigeria” UK also called on State Governors to domesticate the Act in their various states as to give young people sense of belonging. The Beauty Queen hinted that she has scheduled a visit to Mr. President to personally thank him for what she considered a life line for young people in Nigeria and in Africa in general.

Queen Naomi also disclosed that a similar press conference will hold in London, the United Kingdom to sensitise Nigerian youths seeking greener pastures abroad to rescind their plans and utilize the opportunity already created by the president and allowed themselves to benefit from this uncommon magnanimity by Mr. President.
