A young boy from Makoko area of Lagos has struck gold in the most unconventional way when CEO of StillBroke, Michael Uyi Agho discovered him during what was supposed to be a themed professional photo shoot at a location in the area.
The boy, Ola Mafinuyomi who appears to be in his preteen years caught the attention of the business mogul whilst with his mom at the location. Although they had no business being at the exact location for the shoot, luck found a way to position them where their lives would turn around for the better in the least expected way.
Michael Uyi Agho, fondly called Godson approached the young boy; seeking permission from the mother, he asked if the boy would like to model for the designer underwear brand – a question to which mother and son while still in shock agreed to hysterically.
Guests which included top celebrities and personalities at the official launch of StillBroke underwear line; which held on Sunday, May 14 at Oasis Medspa Ikoyi, Lagos witnessed the boy grace the stage as a model alongside other professional models – showcasing various activewear of the underwear brand, including yoga pants, briefs, tracksuit bottoms, sports bra, among others.
Ola was smeared with body bronzer all over and guests witnessed the boy showcase other stylish ways and combinations in which the underwear can be rocked.
Some of the celebrities at the launch include 2baba, Ushbebe, Bovi, Solidstar, Iceberg Slim, Annie Idibia, Timaya, Bassey, Kemen, Broda Shaggi, Lilian Esoro, Tiwa Savage, Tania Omotayo, Destiny Amaka, Lola Oj, amongst others.
