Billionaire entrepreneur, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana turned a new age on Wednesday, April 12 and was subsequently celebrated by notable personalities on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at highbrow Pablo Lounge, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Capital Luxury Group and Cubana Group CEOs, Mr Edidiong Udoidiong (Ed Singer) and Mr Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana) had a joint gig to mark their birthday and played host to high society personalities and business moguls.
The Cubana Groups’ CEO had a memorable time partying with his friends who came together to celebrate his birth anniversary. On the frontline of the celebrations was Capital Luxury Group CEO, Mr Edidiong Udoidiong, who is also known by his stage name Ed Singer and Nigerian afro-beat star, Davido.
The highpoint of the occasion for Capital Luxury boss, Ed Singer was the big comeback to the music scene, with the release and performance of his new single, ‘SuperHero’ dedicated to Obi Cubana, off his soon to be released EP titled SUPERHERO which will be released on the stables of Capital Luxury Music. Davido’s lookalike, Twin O.B.O also thrilled fun seekers with the performance of Davido’s Unavailable, off the trending ‘Timeless’ album.
The popular American based musician, singer and songwriter, Ed Singer who had earlier in the year at his Etim Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State country home played host to Obi Cubana in company of socialite, E Money during the funeral of his late father, said he is inspired by the ingenuity of Obi as a seasoned entrepreneur in this generation.
Speaking about the Cubana Group chairman, Mr Edidiong said there is a constant need to continually celebrate Nigerians who fight against the economic odds in the country, to create jobs and wealth for the teeming unemployed youths. This to him, makes Obi Cubana his ‘superhero’, in a generation where many youths have given up on Nigeria and legitimate ways of making a living, hence the need to release the song in his honour.

The night was fun filled with lots of expensive drinks to cling glasses with and exchange of banters with business and entertainment industry top players present, notable amongst them were Soso Soberekon, Uti Nwanchukwu, Timaya, Alex Ekubo, Broda Shagi,Ik Ogbonna, rave of the moment rapper, Odumodu Blvck who all joined the likes of Anambra-born billionaire, Jowizaza, Instigator PH, Pretty Mike and other associates of Obi Cubana at the party.
