Reps Committee On Tetfund Visits LASUSTECH 

The House of Representatives Committee on Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) has paid an oversight visit to Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH), Ikorodu, commending the institution for its prudent utilisation of public funds.

The delegation, comprising Mr. Uduma Nnaechi, Engr. Aliyu Muhammed, and Arc. Ugochukwu Ndukawuba, remarked that the purpose of the visit was to ascertain the university’s compliance with TETFUND project approvals and to inspect the quality of ongoing and completed projects to ensure value for taxpayers’ money.

After a tour of various sites on the campus, the lawmakers expressed satisfaction with the standard of work executed and lauded the university’s management for its commitment to excellence. 

They particularly praised the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olumuyiwa Odusanya, for his visionary leadership and the impactful transformation evident across the institution.

The Vice-Chancellor thanked the committee for the visit, reaffirming the university’s dedication to transparency, quality education, and infrastructural development.
