NYSC Releases Call-Up Numbers For Batch C Prospective Corps Members

The National Youth Service Corps has announced the release of call-up numbers for 2025 Batch C Prospective Corps Members.

The scheme confirmed this on its official X handle on Tuesday, stating, “The NYSC management is pleased to announce that call-up numbers for 2025 Batch C Prospective Corps Members have been released, based on registration order.”

The statement noted that camp capacity limitations across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory mean that “only about 40 percent of registered Prospective Corps Members can be accommodated for the upcoming orientation programme.”

For those unable to secure placement in Batch C, the NYSC assured them that they will be deferred to the next exercise.

“Rest assured, those not accommodated will be automatically moved to the next Batch, which will take place soon after Batch C exercise,” the statement added.

The management also emphasised its commitment to a smooth orientation and service year experience for all participants.

“Management remains committed to ensuring a hitch-free orientation exercise and service year experience for our PCMs,” the statement read.

PUNCH Online had reported that NYSC opened online registration for 2025 Batch C on November 4 with registration scheduled to run through November 9 for both foreign-trained and locally-trained graduates.

The scheme outlined a mobilisation timetable, stating that pre-camp physical verification of credentials for foreign-trained graduates will hold from November 9 – 13 , while ICT action is slated for November 12 – 15.

Corps-producing institutions will facilitate online printing of deployment letters and physical delivery of call-up letters between November 16 and 18 during which PCMs are also expected to print their call-up letters.
