NANS reject plans to rusticate students owing tuition
The National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS) has on Tuesday rejected the threat by the management of the Osun State University (UNIOSUN) to expel 4,410 students for not paying their school fees before the deadline.
According to the National Vice President who said that it was recalled that the institution has announced, few days ago, plans to expel students who refused to pay their tuition fees, alleging that majority of the students have invested their school fees in different Ponzi Schemes.
Mr. Aguda has however opposed the action noting that rusticating the students is not the best way to resolve the issue.
