It was a vintage scenario of Light! Camera! Action! at the creatively crafted studio known as Selfie City in Lagos, on June 29, 2023, as Nigeria’s iconic music star Eedris Abdulkareem wrapped up the visual production of “Olufemi Ajadi”, a song that details the rise from obscurity to prominence of Honourable Olufemi Ajadi, a gubernatorial candidate in the 2023 general elections in Ogun state.
Directed by Fizzle and Bizzle productions, and covered by some media outfits, the video gives a bite to the motivational story of Hon. Ajadi’s inspirational journey through deprivation, wants and eventual triumph.
Done in the classical Eedris Abdulkareem style of using music to promote the maxim of ‘each one teach one’, the song is ultimately meant to inspire and motivate our youths to keep the faith and never to give up on their dreams and aspirations, using Hon Ajadi as a youthful example of resilience and the will to succeed irrespective of the odds.
