The 2025 Ojude Oba Festival lived up to all the expected hype with the usual vibrant colours, fashion, glitz, glam and all the paparazzi that showcased a celebration of a rich cultural heritage.
One of the brands that added life to the annual celebration and makes this year’s festival an unforgettable one is Lafunkky Africana owned by US based serial entrepreneur, Chief (Mrs.) Olufunke Osinaike. The distinguished business woman who is a member of Tobalase Obinrin Akile Ijebu was the cover personality of ACADA Magazine’s Ojude Oba Festival special edition which was freely given out to guests at the festival ground.
The affable woman makes sure that her brand caters for some of the guests at the festival. To cool down guests from the scorching sun, free cold beverages were served with finger foods, while some lucky guests and horse riders went home with some of Lafunkky Africana herbal health products.
Chief (Mrs.) Olufunke Osinaike is a native of Ilesha who is happily married to an handsome Ijebu man, Arc. ‘Lanre Osinaike. Her life is a powerful blend of cultural pride, business establishments and unwavering service. She is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo university, Ile–Ife where she bagged a Combined Hons in Computer Science with Economics.
Her company, Lafunkky Africana provides alternative and holistic health services; Lafunkky Homes & Investment Ltd., is into properties and real estate development. The company helps Nigerians in the diaspora to get legit lands, construct, furnish and hand over their house keys to them. Lafunkky Clothings sells fabrics and clothes to Nigerians both at home and abroad.
