The gown is by Mugler, and is clearly a feat of sartorial engineering thanks to what can only be described as “nipple straps” being the only thing keeping Kim’s breasts from full exposure.
Honestly, Kim has worn some pretty wild looks in her day, but this one might be the boldest yet. On that note, new life motto: why bother with cleavage when you can have under-boob, side-boob, top-boob and front-boob all at once?
