Popular actress Mercy Aigbe has announced her conversion to Islam, saying she bears a Muslim name now.
She confirmed her new faith during an interview at a Ramadan lecture / special prayers hosted by the hubby, Kazeem Adeoti over the weekend.
In the video, the excited mother of two stated: “Insha Allah, my new name is Hajia Meenah Mercy Adeoti. Minnah with the H.”
The news of Mercy’s conversion to Islam, has been greeted with mixed reactions from social media users.
