The Power produced Afro-R&B fusion track has Brooklyn queen Alex Mali bringing soulful resonating vocals narrating a romantic partner’s deceitful ways. “Choose to Lie” has a catchy hook over hard hitting afro drums, soulful chord melodies with a splash of Amapiano vibes. Nigeria’s hitmaker Reekado Banks chimes in on the 2nd verse with smooth vibey vocals and rising star Ajura’s bridge melodies and catchy verse make the song an epic collab.
