Comr. Ifon Emerges NID Student Union National President
The tussle for change in the leadership of Niger Delta Student Union Government ended yesterday at Owerri. The election which was held at Heroes Square saw Comr. Ifon Daniel emerged winner of the high coveted National President.
The President-elect and former DOT of the association who briefed his supporters and students shortly after his victory said, ‘We give all the glory to God, it has been a long walk but it a new beginning. We are ready and committed to serve’.
While commending the electoral body for conducting a successful election, he also reassured the Niger Delta students of his commitment to integrate the image of the union and Niger Delta as catalyst for national development through NIDSUG strategic agenda.
