Bauchi State Sets to Establish ICT Centres in 3 Schools
Bauchi State government is set to establish 3 Information Technology Centres (ICT) across its three senatorial zones to cater for secondary schools’ examinations in the state.
The Deputy Governor of the state, Nuhu Gidado, made this known while addressing state officials of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) last week. He said that the initial idea is to set up the centres across all local government but only 3 centres got the approval.
He added that the step taken became necessary because the examinations had become database in the recent time.
Gidado added that the education system in the state would be more vibrant under the present administration to meet up with the national standard.
