Alexander Wang’s Adidas Originals Collection Is Here..
The most anticipated collections is here, the adidas Originals by Alexander Wang collection–first unveiled during New York Fashion Week in September–the collaboration is finally releasing its full collection in two worldwide drops on April 1 and April 15. Previously, you could only shop it at pop-ups in cities like Tokyo and New York. Now, you’ll find the collection available at both adidas Originals and Alexander Wang flagships, online, and at 140 retail locations globally.
The unisex, athletic designs all feature Wang’s take on the adidas trefoil logo–defiantly flipped upside down–and come in six collections:
In-Out: Terry shorts, sweatshirts, and tracksuits that appear to be worn inside-out. They come in black, white, and gray. Available April 1.
Soccer: Traditional football apparel with a fashionable twist: jersey tops, shorts, and tracksuits in colors like maroon, orange, indigo, white, and blue. Available April 1.
All Over Print: A windbreaker and reversible bomber with all-over print. Available April 1.
Patch: Patch-like, embroidered, and printed treatments on jackets and trackpants. Available April 15.
Logo: Hoodies, T-shirts, long sleeves, and sweatshirts in black and white and three inside-out stripes. Available April 15.
Velour: Featuring short-sleeve and long-sleeve jerseys in jewel tones and velour fabric. Available April 15.
There are also new basketball sneakers and skate footwear. The campaign, debuting tomorrow, was shot by Juergen Teller in New York and features Rocco Ritchie (Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s son) in his first campaign, as well as Wang favorites Hanne Gaby Odiele, Binx Walton, Lexi Boling, Luke Storey, and Chris Fernandez.
