Popular actress Halima Abubakar has quit Nollywood.
The 37-year-old, has been called out for several controversial scandals over the years, announced the sad news on her Instagram page.
Through her manager, the ailing actress revealed that she wouldn’t be starring in any movies henceforth.
Expressing gratitude to all her fans, she appreciated them for the love and prayers.
She wrote: “Halima Abubakar quit acting we are so grateful for all the prayers. God bless you all but as from today, she will no longer act. It is her wish. We love you all. Thank you for the support. She is so downcast. She really did love acting. Thank you”.
Following are sudden decisions, fans and friends have wished her recovery and hopes she returns to acting soon.
