Nile University of Nigeria has awarded a full scholarship to Alayande David, who scored the highest in the 2024 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board examination.

17-year-old Alayande, a student from Zamani College in Kaduna, scored an impressive 367 out of 400 in the JAMB exams which caught the attention of Nile University. He had also expressed a strong desire to study at the university.  

His outstanding performance caught the attention of Nile University, especially after he expressed a strong desire to study there. The university decided to offer him a full tuition scholarship because of his remarkable achievement and its commitment to attracting Nigeria’s brightest students.

During the scholarship award ceremony, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Nile University, Prof. Abdullahi Saleh, spoke about the university’s dedication to rewarding outstanding students. We believe in identifying and nurturing exceptional talent. David’s incredible success in the JAMB exam speaks volumes about his dedication and potential. David expressed his excitement about the scholarship, saying, “This scholarship is a dream come true for me.
