If you’re a DStv subscriber with an eligible package, you can vote on the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps. Otherwise, you can vote on the website and mobile site by registering with your details.
This Season, you can vote in different ways: on your mobile, the website, MyDStv app, and MyGOtv app. But remember, voting on the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps is only for active DStv subscribers with eligible packages.
To support your favorite housemate and vote during the Big Brother All-Star Season, follow these simple steps:
- Voting Platforms: You can vote using the MyDStv app, MyGOtv app, website, or mobile site.
- Eligibility: Only active DStv subscribers with eligible packages can vote on the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps.
- Registering: Register with your name, surname, year of birth, gender, location, and cell phone number on the website, mobile site, or apps.
- Voting Countries: Depending on where you live, some voting platforms may not be available. For example, the MyGOtv app is available in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Uganda, and Zambia.
- Tiered Voting Packages: Voting on the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps is in tiers. The higher your subscription package, the more voting points you get.
- Voting on the Website: Register on the Africa Magic website, log in with your details, select your favorite housemate, and cast your vote.
- Voting on the Mobile Site: Register on the Africa Magic mobile site, log in, choose your favorite housemate, and cast your vote.
- Voting Limits: On the web and mobile site, you can cast up to 100 votes per voting platform per voting round.
- Additional Voting Points: Play quiz games on the MyDStv or MyGOtv app to earn extra voting points.
- Send Supportive Messages: Use the MyDStv or MyGOtv app to post messages that show your support for your favorite housemate to appear on TV
