Carrie Underwood’s Baby Bump Came to Party Last Night In Two Very Glittery Dresses

On Wednesday, the pregnant country singer glowed in not one, but two shimmery looks in Nashville where she was named one of CMT’s Artists of the Year.

The 35-year-old had her legs on display as she walked the carpet in a drape-y blue long-sleeved sequined Tadashi Shoji dress that emphasized her growing bump. She finished off the look with her signature waves, an array of diamond rings, and a pair strappy metallic heels.

For her second look of the night, the mom-to-be switched into an art deco-inspired gold and black gown glittered with geometric embellishments that she paired with dangly gold earrings.

As the The Washington Post pointed out, the night was a special evening for not just Underwood, but for all women in country music. CMT made the decision to honor only women at the ceremony, including Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini, Hillary Scott, Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman in addition to Underwood. The American Idol alum has been a vocal supporter for ladies in the industry (and specifically in the genre of country music), so it looks like her advocacy is paying off.

When it comes to her award show style, we can always count on Underwood deliver very beautiful looks. What can we say, the singer knows what works for her.
