Cogent Notice to all Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Graduating Students
Following the announcement of the 16th Convocation Ceremony of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, the management of the institution wishes to inform all graduating students of 2010/2011, 2011/2012, 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015, 2015/2016 Academic Sessions to take note of the following information;
(i) Academic gowns can be collected by all graduating students after the payment of the graduation fee in designated commercial Banks.
(ii) Gown collection is from Monday, November 7, to Monday, November 14, 2016 from the Directorate of Student Affairs (DSA) between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. The gowns should be returned to the same Unit from Tuesday, November 15, to Wednesday, November 22, 2016.
Defaulters will be made to pay N500.00 (Five hundred Naira) per day until the gowns are returned. Furthermore, defaulting students will not be allowed to collect their certificates or transcripts or any official records until the gowns are returned and the fines paid.
(iii) Each graduating student is entitled to a Convocation Brochure and two guest invitation cards which are to be collected from the Directorate of Student Affairs (DSA).
