President Buhari Appoints Ooni of Ife as UNN Chancellor
President Muhammad Buhari has appointed the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja II as the Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). The Ooni’s appointed was made known to the press by the Director of Media , Ooni’s Palace, Moses Olafare through the statement he issued yesterday February 18th.
According to Mr. Moses Olafare “This appointment would develop further and enable the monarch build more bridges of friendship most most especially across the Niger”.
The Ooni would assume office as the institution’s Chancellor on February 20th.
